Quality Approach
A quality plan is developed for each project customized to the specific requirements of the products and services being delivered. The starting point is the customer purchase order or contract document, and additional inputs include customer drawings and all technical and quality specifications. A plan is assembled that lists all manufacturing steps, inspections, tests, acceptance criteria, tools or gauges, and responsible party to perform each inspection. Aspects of the parts that are considered critical-to-quality are marked as “CTQs” to ensure that particular aspect is verified for conformance.
The following document is an example quality plan utilized by Qualified Industrial to control the manufacturing process and achieve conformance to customer specifications.
